Procurement Executive

Key requirements

1. Must be residing in Ragama or nearby areas.
2. Age below 35 years.
3. Minimum 2 years of prior experience in procurement, supply chain, or related functions.
4. Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala.
5. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); familiarity with ERP systems will be an added advantage.
6. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
7. Educational qualification: Diploma or degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
8. Knowledge of local procurement regulations and compliance requirements.
9. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
10. An analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate quotations and cost structures.
11. Good interpersonal skills to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
12. High level of integrity and ethical standards in handling procurement activities.
