Executive – Supply Chain

Core Competencies

• Degree/Diploma in Supply chain/Logistic Management
• Sound knowledge in sourcing, planning, ordering, procuring, monitoring the supply of materials, and inventory management
• 2 years experience in a similar capacity
• Good command of the English language (written & oral)
• Hands-on experience in ERP systems
• Computer Literacy and Microsoft office (Understanding of MS Excel functions)
• Age below 35 years

Key Responsibilities

• Process Purchase Orders
• Process stock allocation and assist with existing refill/replenishment of stock to stores.
• Process stock transfer requests and allocation of stock within the network,
• Follow up on outstanding Purchase orders and Sales Orders, inclusive of tracking.
• Assist with Cycle count execution and follow up with investigations.
• Process the stock adjustments.

Candidates should be able to work during Australian office hours (4.30 am to 12.30 pm).
