Personal & team assistant

Key responsibilities

  1. Provide high-level PA support to 3 executive directors (diary & email management).
  2. Manage travel portfolios and accommodation arrangements for senior leadership.
  3. Prepare correspondence, proposals and presentations for the BAA & CF teams.
  4. Liaise with the marketing team on client proposals and marketing documentation.
  5. Assist with ATO portal correspondence and BAS lodgements as required.
  6. Provide back-up and general administrative support to the practice management group.
  7. Support continual improvement of firm procedures and office systems.

Requirements

  1. Senior-level PA/team assistant experience in a professional services environment.
  2. Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); min. 60 wpm typing.
  3. Experience with MYOB or similar accounting/professional services software.
  4. Highly developed written communication and document preparation skills.
  5. Strong time management, initiative, and ability to work under competing deadlines.
  6. Cert IV in business services (or similar qualification) desirable.
