Miami Exports (Pvt) Ltd is a leading exporter of children’s apparel, known for their expertise in every stitch of the garments they produce. We pride ourselves on delivering superior clothing lines, backed by deep industry knowledge gained through extensive experience and exposure. We currently have vacancies for the above positions at our Sample Room in Homagama.

Pattern maker

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a reputable apparel company, with a proven track record.
• Proficiency in the Gerber system, including pattern making, grading, and manual pattern making.
• Strong technical knowledge of garment fitting and construction.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a very good computer literacy.
• Self-motivated and independent, with the ability to work under pressure and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Age below 45 years and ability to work extra hours when required.

Quality assurance executive

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of garment fitting.
• Hardworking, flexible, and capable of working extra hours when necessary.
• Good communication skills in English and strong computer literacy.
• Ability to work under pressure and organize tasks in a high-paced environment.

Sample cutters

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Ironing operators

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Sample machine operators

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sample room as a A+ or above operator.
