Patients Engagement Officer | Public Relations Officer

We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team.

Patients engagement officer (call centre)

• G.C.E. O/L or A/L qualification.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Sinhala and English; knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage.
• Basic computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Previous experience in a hospital, healthcare, customer service or a call center will be an added advantage.
• Good telephone etiquette and the ability to communicate professionally with patients.
• Positive attitude with good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Candidates residing in or around the Colombo area will be preferred.

Public relations officer

• G.C.E. A/L qualification.
• Age below 35 years.
• Previous experience in a hospital, healthcare, customer service, or public relations environment will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a positive and customer-friendly attitude.
• Basic computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide information in a courteous manner.
• Good teamwork, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Candidates residing in or around the Colombo area will be preferred.
