- Proven expertise in pastry, bakery and dessert production.
- Culinary leadership experience in a hotel, resort or high-volume pastry kitchen.
- Strong understanding of contemporary pastry trends, baking techniques and dessert plating.
- Strong team leadership, training and mentoring skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining consistency and creativity.
- Passion for innovation, craftsmanship and delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Sound knowledge of HACCP, food safety and hygiene standards.
- Pre-opening experience will be an added advantage.
