Milk & Honey Café is looking for staff who are passionate about food. We offer fresh, healthy and creative dishes and are looking for individuals who can work independently and are responsible, flexible and hardworking.

Requirements

1. Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking or relevant field.
2. 1-2 or more years experience working within the food industry as a Pastry Chef, Baker or relevant role.
3. Working knowledge of baking techniques, breads and pastry-making process.
4. Creative ability in cake decorating and desserts an advantage.
5. Keen attention to detail.
6. Knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and presentation.
