Air Ticketing & Reservation Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist clients in determining their Air Ticket needs and making the necessary arrangements
• Dealing with Air Ticket Reservations on behalf of clients Handling issues and refunds with Air Ticket reservations
• Ability to liaise with customers directly at any given time in order to provide excellent customer service
• Participation in on-call rotations to deal with after-hours travel emergencies throughout the working day
• Exhibits superior time management skills in order to guarantee that reservations and tasks are completed on time

Minimum Requirements

• A minimum of two years of senior executive Air Ticketing experience Outstanding
• English communication abilities. (spoken and written)
• IATA Qualifies or Equivalent
• Capable of prioritizing and working under pressure during peak seasons
