We are now looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and results-oriented individual to join our team as an administrative & operations assistant.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets, reports, presentations, and other documents based on data and information provided.
- Handle operational errands as required, including:
- Submitting courier packages and product samples.
- Sourcing materials and supplies for products.
- Coordinating with suppliers and service providers.
- Communicate with customers regarding sample dispatches, order progress, delivery updates, and other relevant information.
- Keep accurate records of orders, samples, supplier communications, and other business activities.
- Prepare and submit a daily summary report to the managing director.
- Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications & attributes
- Successfully completed GCE advanced level (A/L) examinations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Sufficient command of the English & Sinhala languages, including the ability to write professional emails and client communications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- We are looking for male applicants who has a bike and a bike license.
