Site Engineer

If you have

• Be accountable for al activities at the assigned site(s)
• Ensure the construction is done for the exact dimensions and instructions given by the technical team. i.e. architects, engineers
• Keep all the documentation updated and adhere to the process and sops set by Niva
• Prepare/scrutinize maintenance, material costs and contracts
• Effectively engage with total construction team
• Prepare IPA, FPA claims and variations
• Prepare reports, analysis} contracts, budgets, etc advise the company & clients on improvements & strategies
• Keep track of materials and ordering liaise with supply chain team for new /replenish orders
• Ability document any changes in design and updating budgets
• Ability establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders
• Competency in civil/structural engineering is a must
• Exposure to low scale (GO) construction. i.e. houses, villas
• Capacity to work based at various sites as required
