Job Responsibilities
- Creating and directing visitors at the front desk
- Handling all incoming and outgoing calls professionally
- Communicating with all external customers effectively
- Maintaining customer databases on MS Excel
Requirements and Qualifications
- Fluency in English is a must
- Proven work experience in a similar capacity
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills and other PR traits
- Passed CCE AILs and professionally qualified in English and MS Office packages
- Living in close proximity to Colombo 08
