MEP Site Manager

We are a CIDA grade CS2 Constriction Company with over 65 years of experience in the Building, Road & Bridge sectors with ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015 & ISO 45001: 2018 Integrated Management System Certification. We are looking for dynamic & self-motivated individuals to join the following post.

The scope of work would involve a proven track record in the design, tendering, and implementation of MEP services in high-rise buildings. The relevant individual will be responsible for monitoring, controlling, and directing all MEP works on the project.

Job Role

• Coordinate all the MEP works, and design executions on-time completion of MEP coordinated shop drawings
• Provide the planning input for the MEP works and Monitor planning vs. progress on the site
• Review resource reports and ascertain the adequacy of resources deployed for the timely completion of the project
• Audit the performance of MEP subcontractors
• Provide technical input for offer requests and awarding of MEP subcontractors to the contracts, and procurement departments
• Must be able to perform all post tender activities of construction until the handing over and completion of defects liability period of the project
• To ensure compliance of construction activity to best industry standards, international codes, planned timeliness, allotted budget, company strategy, and goals

Requirements

• BSc (Eng.) / NDT in Electrical / Mechanical & Charter would be added advantage.
• Minimum of 8 years post qualifying experience and overall experience of 15 years.
• Should be goal oriented and be able to work with minimum supervision.
