Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Assist in inventory management and supply ordering.
- Support various departments with routine tasks.
- Answer phone calls and greet visitors professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Coordinate with other staff and departments as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication in English and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
