Chef De Parties

Founded in 2011 by renowned celebrity chef Dharshan Munidasa together with Mahela Jayawardena and Kumar Sangakkara, the Ministry of Crab is the only restaurant in Sri Lanka to be listed as one of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants, ranking 35 on the 2022 edition of the list. With overseas outposts in Shanghai, Chengdu, Manila, Mumbai, Maldives, and Bangkok, the restaurant continues to expand internationally.

We are looking for Chef De Parties for our overseas outposts.

Prerequisites

• Hotel school graduate (or have a relevant university degree/diploma)
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar capacity
• Good communication skills with a friendly yet professional attitude
• Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Overseas experience would be an added advantage
