Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily payment releases of vendors including fund requirements
• Ensure payments of all the vendors have been processed on time
• Check the payment vouchers and ensure the accuracy of the way matching of invoices has been done accurately
• Ensure timely submission of documents to banks related to import payment including LC/DA/DP
• Maintaining good communication with the banks on all payment-related matters
• Maintain payment tracker to track the payment status and fol ow up with SCM on advance payment settlements and clearances
• Ensure customer remittances are recorded on time
• Ensure timely completion of bank reconciliations day to day basis
• Frequently review and maintain vendor master records accurately and ensure vendor reconciliation has been done in a timely manner
• Bringing innovative thinking on automation of payment processes

Educational and Skill Requirements

• Partly qualified in CA/CIMA/ACCA
• Minimum 03 years of experience in Shared Service or Payable/receivable functions
• The person should be able to manage day-to-day payment function with the large volumes of vendors, excellent communication skills to manage multiple business units & banks
• Preferable experience in SAP FICO environment
