Duties and Responsibilities

• Handling incoming calls.
• Guide and help any customer which is a business opportunity.
• Coordinating business generation activities.
• Responding to client requests with proposals/quotations.
• Answering potential client questions and follow-ups.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Two (2 ) years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Age should be below 40 years .
• Having experience in the sales field will be an added advantage.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and interaction with clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Sinhala & English; active listener
• Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
• Computer literacy with social media awareness.
