Requirements
- Strong customer service & client relationship skills, friendly & professional communication style.
- Experience in front desk operations, reception, or hospitality (ideal in fitness /wellness).
- Ability to manage bookings, schedules, & basic admin with attention to detail.
- Comfort with computers, CRM systems, scheduling tools, & spreadsheets.
- Excellent spoken & written English (local language skill a plus).
- Proactive problem-solving, handled member concerns.
- Strong organizational & time management.
- Interest in health, fitness, or wellness (willingness to learn Pilates & studio services).
- On-site on fixed schedule (morning, evenings, weekends).
- Prior experience in sales or membership coordination a plus, meet retention targets.
Responsibilities
- Greeting members & visitors, managing check-ins, front desk assistance.
- Accurate member records & database updates.
- Coordinating bookings, managing class capacity, processing payments.
- New member onboarding & orientations.
- Following up with members (renewals, feedback, attendance).
- Resolving concerns, collaborating with instructors & management.
