RCM Specialist

MedSource is a premier member of the Butani Capital Group of Companies based in Sri Lanka with multiple Global Centers including India and the United States. We specialize in support services for US healthcare (Hospitals and Physician Clinics) and Healthcare BPO/KPO namely Medical Coding, Medical Scribing, and Revenue Cycle Management.

Job Requirements & Responsibilities

• Prior experience in the US healthcare industry – RCM is a MUST
• Act as the first point of contact for all our clients providing excellent service and follow-up until resolution
• Ability to coordinate between all departments internally and also with clients in resolving customer escalations
• Meeting daily, weekly and monthly goals regarding volume and quality
• Maintaining all required reports and trackers to the set standards of the company
• Strong attention to detail
• String conversation skills in English
• Excellent grammar and vocabulary in English
• Willingness to work in ongoing US shifts / SL night shifts — Monday to Friday
• Fair knowledge in Bioscience, and the medical fields
