Requirement

• 2+ years of experience in a similar capacity at a reputed star class hotel
• Pleasant and outgoing personality who is customer-oriented with a professional attitude and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Is willing to go ‘Extra Mile’ in order to exceed guests expectations
• Team player, passionate, self-motivated, multitasking, and proactive
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication skills in English and Sinhalese
• Age under 35 years (Female or Male)
