Team Leader Call Center

One of the leading Service-Oriented companies is looking for a Team Leader to handle calls from clients and provide support to them in any way possible.

Requirements:

  • Diploma level or related qualifications preferably CIM, SLIM, or HR-related
  • At least 5 years of experience in communicating with global companies and providing in-person and phone support if required in a similar position
  • Proficient in MS Office and call center equipment/software programs
  • Should be able to be in charge of the day-to-day call center work
  • Managing escalations and ensuring any issues and resolved in a timely manner
  • Should be excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Should have good presentations skills
  • Team player with strong customer relationship skills
