Executive – Customer Relationship
We are on the lookout for an Executive – Customer Relationship for our well-reputed Client Company located in Colombo 03.
Job Description
- Provide 1st level customer support through an online systems
- Systematically record all inquiries and complaints
- Diagnose and resolve the technical issues
- Escalate issues to the relevant department & Follow up on outstanding inquiries
- Provide feedback to relevant customers and relevant departments
- Participate in Customer Re campaigns designs for customer retention and attract new customers
- Educate customers about new products, features, promotions and etc.
Work Attributes and Qualifications
- A Diploma level qualification in ICT from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 01 to 02 years experience in handling Customer Support Software
- Fluent in Sinhala & English Languages. Tamil will be an added advantage
- Willingness to work on a shift basis 24/7
- A good team player with positive attitude Age between 25 – 35 years
