Executive – Customer Relationship

We are on the lookout for an Executive – Customer Relationship for our well-reputed Client Company located in Colombo 03.

 Job Description

  • Provide 1st level customer support through an online systems
  • Systematically record all inquiries and complaints
  • Diagnose and resolve the technical issues
  • Escalate issues to the relevant department & Follow up on outstanding inquiries
  • Provide feedback to relevant customers and relevant departments
  • Participate in Customer Re campaigns designs for customer retention and attract new customers
  • Educate customers about new products, features, promotions and etc.

Work Attributes and Qualifications

  • A Diploma level qualification in ICT from a recognized institution
  • Minimum of 01 to 02 years experience in handling Customer Support Software
  • Fluent in Sinhala & English Languages. Tamil will be an added advantage
  • Willingness to work on a shift basis 24/7
  • A good team player with positive attitude Age between 25 – 35 years
