Manager – Cutting

Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Manufacturing General Manager to ensure the cutting room operates efficiently, facilitating a seamless workflow to the production floor.
- Engage in marker planning, calculate marker efficiency, and implement fabric-saving strategies.
- Lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals to achieve excellence in the cutting process.
- Take ownership of the shift operations, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in the cutting process within the garment manufacturing industry.
- At least 5 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Shift Operation In-Charge, showcasing your leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency in the Gerber cutting process is essential.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, allowing you to manage multiple assignments efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to lead, motivate, and collaborate effectively.
