Maintenance handyman (Kandy)

Roles & responsibilities

1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs of hotel facilities and equipment.
2. Repair electrical, carpentry and painting-related defects.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance requests promptly.
4. Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize equipment breakdowns.
5. Maintain air conditioning, lighting, water, and drainage systems.
6. Assist with setup, installation, and replacement of fixtures and equipment.
7. Keep maintenance tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
8. Respond to emergency maintenance situations when required.
9. Maintain records of completed maintenance work and inspections.
