Executive / Junior Executive – Call Center
Your Key Responsibilities
- Managing inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Manage & resolve customer inquiries & complaints
- Provided customers with product & service-related information/solutions.
- Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Successful completion of GCE (A/L)
- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala, English & Tamil Languages
- Negotiation skills, adaptability, and stress tolerance are essential
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proven computer literacy and software handling competencies
- Experience in a similar capacity would be preferred
- Experienced professionals and school leavers are encouraged to apply
