Executive / Junior Executive – Call Center

Your Key Responsibilities 

  • Managing inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Manage & resolve customer inquiries & complaints
  • Provided customers with product & service-related information/solutions.
  • Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets

Required Skills & Qualifications 

  • Successful completion of GCE (A/L)
  • Excellent communication skills in Sinhala, English & Tamil Languages
  • Negotiation skills, adaptability, and stress tolerance are essential
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Proven computer literacy and software handling competencies
  • Experience in a similar capacity would be preferred
  • Experienced professionals and school leavers are encouraged to apply
