A Rooms Division Manager is responsible for overseeing all Rooms Division operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while evaluating guest satisfaction and setting department targets and objectives,
Responsibilities
- Oversee entire operations of Front Office, Housekeeping and Engineering
- Review and refine operating processes and procedures with the aim of optimizing the workforce
- Evaluate Guest satisfaction levels and monitor trends with a focus on continuous improvement above all on quality, guest arrival experience, and cleanliness
- Be the face of the House with strong accountability and Ownership
- Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures
- Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of the Room Division Team with an emphasis on training and teamwork
Requirements
- Minimum 03 years experience in a similar role in a luxury five-star Hotels OR Resort
- Hotel school graduate or possess a similar level of education Level
- The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with a solid front office background and excellent business ‘know-how’, customer relations, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Fluent in English Language and excellent communication skills, working with a positive attitude and good planning and organization skills
- Any additional foreign language will be an advantage
