Responsibilities

  • The job will be a customer service based full-time permanent job
  • Handle incoming phone, email and chat inquiries and assist customers with their inquiries
  • Make outbound calls to customers regarding their inquiries
  • Promptly respond to customer inquiries and assist them until satisfactory completion
  • Manage and process existing inquiries
  • Respond to messages on social media
  • Maintain customer CRM and incoming inquiries process

Qualifications

  • You will need to have a min. 1 year of experience working in a customer service or sales role
  • You should be a very process driven person with good follow-up skills
  • Experience in a banking environment will be an advantage
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently without any supervision
  • Good English and Sinhala communication skills (written and spoken). Ability to speak all 3 languages will be an advantage
  • You should be an enthusiastic individual who epitomizes our ‘can do’ attitude for getting the work done
  • Be a team player and work as a team for the success of the company
  • A/L qualified

This job will be based at our Colpetty office. Can start immediately.
