Store Assistant

At present, the KPP Group has a considerable market share for the glass requirements in Sri Lanka, and adding productive candidates to our team shall contribute vastly to the growth of our business.

KPP Group offers the following job opportunity for immediate filling up.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update stocks in hand
• Prepare a good receive note (GRN) and material issue note (MI)
• Verify goods against the packing list
• Maintain proper documentation at the Warehouse
• Maintain records in the stock book
• Inspect and maintain a fleet of vehicles
• Assist Store Keepers in the preparation of delivery plans
• Ensure employee awareness of safety and emergency procedures

Requirements

• Passed GCE A/L
• 1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity would be added advantage
• Experience in Office and Accounting packages
• Preference will be given to candidates in close proximity
• Ability to work extensive hours and on Sundays/Mercantile holidays when necessary
• Age below 30 years
