Customer Relations Officer (FMCG)
The job role
- We are serving customers by providing health and wellness benefits, product origin, features, and a range of products at the point of selection
- Developing rapport to increase and maintain a loyal customer base
- Building customer confidence and satisfaction by resolving customers’ issues and complaints efficiently
- Carrying out point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently
- Contributing to increasing sales by receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing incoming product flow
- Maintaining a clean and orderly retail floor to attract customers
Applicant profile
- G.C.E. advanced level with IT literacy
- Possessing a full or a part professional qualification in the field of Sales & Marketing will be a definite advantage
- Possesses excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with positive attitudes
- Age below 28 years
- School leavers and the candidates residing in or around Nawala, Narahenpita & Borella areas, are encouraged to apply for this position
