Lanka Princess Ayurveda Hotel, located in Aluthgama, seeks suitably qualified professional and dedicated individual for employment in the following capacity.

We are looking for a qualified and experienced kitchen stewarding supervisor.

Responsibilities

1. Overseeing the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils.
2. Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.
3. Managing the stewarding team.
4. Supervising dishwashing, cleaning, and maintaining inventory.
5. Assisting the kitchen staff, managing staff schedules, and ensuring proper cleaning procedures are followed.

Requirements

1. Previous experience in a hotel steward supervisor role preferred.
2. Working knowledge of health and safety regulations.
3. Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
5. Must be available to work evenings, holidays, and weekends as needed.
6. Candidate should be between 30 and 45 years of age.
7. Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to details.
