Kitchen department

• Snr. CDP/CDP/DCDP – banquet/hot kitchen
• Commis I/II/II – banquet/hot/pastry kitchen
• Kitchen steward/trainees

Food & beverage department

• Restaurant & bar manager
• Food & beverage executive
• Snr. waiter/waiter – banquet
• Trainee waiter

Engineering department

• Electrician

All departments operate on a shift basis.

Prerequisites

• Possess a diploma or professional qualification from recognized professional institution.
• A warm personality & positive attitude.
• Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
• Minimum 2-6 years experience in hospitality industry.
• Age below 45 years.
