DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparation of beverages according to specified quality standards
• Describe menu items to customers or suggest products that might appeal to them
• Interacting and providing the best experience to customers
• Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items
• Receive and process customer payments

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS
• Must be fluent in English and possess exceptional communication skills
• Excellent Customer relation skills
• Prior experience in a high end coffee shop/ restaurant is a strong plus
• Flexibility to work on shifts
