Junior executive | executive – logistics (3PL operations)

The job role

• Coordinate and follow up on shipment clearance and 3PL operations.
• Communicate with customers and provide timely updates on shipment and delivery status.
• Coordinate with air lines, shipping lines and internal teams.
• Prepare, check and collect required documents for clearance and delivery arrangements.
• Follow up on shipments, deliveries, and other operational activities to ensure timely completion.

Experience / qualifications / skills

• Excellent communication, PR and negotiation skills.
• Computer literacy (MS Office and e-mail/internet).
• Language skills (English & Sinhala) both oral and written.
• Full / part qualification in degree / diploma related to logistics would be an added advantage.
• Previous experience in similar capacity would be an added advantage.

• Starting salary 50,000.00 LKR (negotiable).
