Customer Service Executive
Job brief
We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Customer Service Executive to provide the necessary support to the service team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike.
The goal is to improve the efficiency in our service department by proactively selling service contracts and assisting the admin team when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual service sales targets for all serviceable items sold by the company
- Coordinate with service team by managing schedules, e-filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
- Ensure the accuracy of service contracts offered
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative/sales positions in the BPO industry
- Pursuing a degree/diploma in any field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is Mandatory
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- A team player with a high level of dedication
- Should be able to work Australian hours
