Ticketing Executive

Our Airline ticketing division is experiencing rapid growth with an ever-expanding client base to whom we always strive to introduce our own brand of hospitality

We are looking for a competent and committed individual to play a dynamic role by fitting into our expansion plans and maintaining the rapid growth experienced over the years at our Airline Ticketing Division

Job Role / Responsibilities

• Ticket issuing & Re-issuing ( Auto / Manual ) / EMD’s ( Individual & Group)
• Refunds Handling ( RA/BSP)
• Follow up on the BSP Payments

Required qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of Three years of experience in a similar capacity in the Airline / Travel Industry
• IATA certified professional qualification in Airline Ticketing and Reservations & equivalent qualifications
• Knowledge of AMADEUS GDS System is a must
• Familiarity with GALILEO / SABRE GDS Systems would be a definite advantage
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in MS Office Packages (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint) Internet savvy
