IE Executive

Club Tex Mark (Pvt) Ltd, a trusted manufacturer of high-quality intimate apparel, is seeking a dynamic and analytical IE Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support process improvements, enhance production efficiency, and contribute to achieving operational excellence in our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity within a manufacturing environment.
• A diploma or certificate course or equivalent professional qualification in IE.
• Proven track record in:
  • Costing with SMV calculation.
  • Operations breakdown.
  • Production and capacity planning / line layout balancing.
  • Production monitoring and bottleneck analysis.
• Strong understanding of machinery, production lines, and technical compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Sound knowledge of industry-specific regulations and IE best practices.
