Housekeeping in-charge (Pakistan)

We are looking for a Housekeeping In-Charge to lead and supervise housekeeping operations, ensuring a clean, hygienic, and well-maintained working environment. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a housekeeping team efficiently.

Key responsibilities

  1. Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities.
  2. Allocate duties and monitor the performance of housekeeping staff.
  3. Ensure all offices, accommodations, washrooms, and common areas meet cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  4. Manage housekeeping supplies, inventory, and equipment.
  5. Conduct routine inspections and maintain housekeeping checklists.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and sanitation standards.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in housekeeping supervision or a similar role.
  2. Diploma or certification in hospitality, housekeeping, or a related field is an advantage.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  4. Good communication and organizational abilities.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  6. Proficiency in maintaining housekeeping records and inventory.
  7. Ability to communicate in Urdu or Hindi will be an added advantage.
