House Keeping Supervisor (Female)

Requirements & responsibilities

1. Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
2. Age between 25 – 45 years.
3. Young, efficient, and energetic female candidates with a positive attitude.
4. Certificate course in housekeeping will be an added advantage.
5. Good verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to manage and supervise a team effectively.
7. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and cleaning machines (vacuum cleaners, floor polishers, etc.).
8. Ability to attend to cleaning matters immediately.
9. Ability to plan, manage, and control cleaning schedules.
10. Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
11. Candidates from Wellawatta or nearby suburbs will have an added advantage.
12. Willingness to work on day shifts & night shifts.
