Horeca executive – Colombo region

Key requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HORECA sales, FMCG sales, food service sales, or a related field.
- Strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, and other food service establishments in the Colombo region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Experience in handling premium food products, imported food items, or food distribution will be an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge of the HORECA market and industry trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and sales reporting.
- Possession of a valid riding/driving license.
- Ability to work independently and manage a designated sales territory effectively.
- Professional, energetic, and result-oriented personality.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with HORECA customers within the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Identify and secure new customer accounts.
- Conduct regular customer visits and product presentations.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and collections.
- Monitor market activities, competitor movements, and customer requirements.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Qualifications
- G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification.
- Diploma or professional qualification in sales, marketing, business management, or a related field will be an added advantage.
