Senior Associate

The job entails the provision of shipment tracking and reviewing shipping documents for an Australian client.

The Job

• Identify and cultivate relationships with international shipping agents.
• Clear shipments (via a licensed broker) by lodging the customs entry.
• Ensure timely payments go through to the shipping lines to ensure hassle-free clearance.
• Review shipping documents.
• Liaising with transport providers.
• Shipment tracking.
• Client relationship management.
• Client-specific admin/finance tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in Logistics
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Management, or a related field
• Exposure to handling international clients is an added benefit
• Exceptional communication, time management skills, and attention to detail
