Head of internal audit

We are looking for an experienced internal audit professional with a strong background in banking, finance, microfinance or lending companies to lead and further enhance our internal audit function.

Responsibilities

• Use your experience from banking, finance, microfinance or lending.
• Strengthen governance and drive a culture of integrity and accountability.
• Work with senior leaders and the board/audit committee.
• Be part of greater impact that empowers women entrepreneurs and their communities.

Requirements

• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA or ACCA (preferably with CIA).
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in a senior audit leadership role.
• Strong background in banking, finance, microfinance or lending companies.
• Experience working with senior management and board/audit committee.
