Pastry Chef

Inviting a well-experienced individual to join hands with us in the capacity of Executive Pastry Chef. As the executive pastry chef, you must exhibit baking talents, arrangements, and preparation in a creative manner whilst ensuring the food and pastry standards are consistently maintained, improved, and followed. You must have the ability to develop menu items, must have proper knowledge of inventory control techniques, and maintain inventories in accordance with the operational requirement. Staff management and a strong acumen for food safety standards are a must.

About you

  • The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3-5years’ experience in a similar position in a similar capacity in star-class hotels (both locally and internationally).
  • Must have a culinary certificate from a recognized institute and accredited education requirement, comprehensive knowledge of HACCP as well as general health & safety in the workplace.
