The ideal candidate

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a General Manager or in a comparable senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel/resort environment.
• Degree/diploma in hospitality management, hotel management or a related discipline.
• Strong command of overall hotel operations, including front office, F&B, housekeeping and supporting functions.
• Proven ability in revenue management, budgeting, cost optimization and profitability improvement.
• A strong commercial and results-driven mindset, with the ability to maximize occupancy, revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Exceptional leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to build, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent guest relations, communication, decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to maintain the highest standards of service quality, operational discipline and brand reputation.
