General Clerk | Customer Care Assistant

Job role

  1. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
  2. Provide accurate information regarding company services and procedures.
  3. Perform general clerical and administrative duties.
  4. Maintain and update records, files, and databases.
  5. Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documents as required.
  6. Enter and manage data accurately in company systems.
  7. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of customer issues.
  8. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and attend to walk-in customers.
  9. Assist with day-to-day office operations and other assigned tasks.

Qualifications

  1. G.C.E. Ordinary Level / Advanced Level qualification.
  2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Basic computer literacy, including MS Office applications.
  4. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Previous experience in administration, clerical work, or customer service will be an added advantage.
