Key responsibilities

  1. Greet and assist visitors professionally
  2. Handle incoming calls and inquiries
  3. Manage office correspondence
  4. Coordinate meetings & schedules
  5. Maintain a welcoming front office environment
  6. Arrange refreshments for meetings, training sessions, and special occasions
  7. Coordinate company transportation and vehicle schedules
  8. Ensure the reception area and lounge are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times

Requirements

  1. Minimum 03 to 05 years experience
  2. Excellent communication skills
  3. Professional appearance & attitude
  4. Computer literacy (MS Office)
  5. Ability to multitask & coordinate
