Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors professionally
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries
- Manage office correspondence
- Coordinate meetings & schedules
- Maintain a welcoming front office environment
- Arrange refreshments for meetings, training sessions, and special occasions
- Coordinate company transportation and vehicle schedules
- Ensure the reception area and lounge are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 03 to 05 years experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance & attitude
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Ability to multitask & coordinate
