Food & Beverage Manager

Key responsibilities
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
- Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
- Lead R&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Report on financial performance, control costs, and work to achieve revenue targets
Job requirements
- Minimum 2 -3 years’ experience in similar capacity or as food & beverage assistant manager
- Diploma or degree in hospitality management, food and beverage management, or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Should be well competent on all forms of communication in English
- Ability to multi task and work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 package
