Your role with us
As our Finance Manager, you will oversee the organization’s financial operations and play a key role in supporting strategic business decisions. Your responsibilities will include financial planning and budgeting, cost management, cash flow optimization, statutory compliance, taxation, financial reporting, internal controls, and audit coordination. You will also lead and develop the finance team while ensuring operational efficiency and financial integrity across the organization.
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and a professional qualification in CA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in finance, including at least 3 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, statutory compliance, and internal controls.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced financial analysis.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to drive continuous improvement while partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
