Finance Executive | Senior Finance Executive

Key responsibilities

1. Preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements within the specific deadline.
2. Manage accounts receivable and payable.
3. Timely submission of tax related works.
4. Prepare payment vouchers timely and send to Head Office.
5. Liaising with IRD / auditors / bank / etc….
6. Coordinate with all departments.
7. Visit BOI, electricity board, SLT, EPF ETF for bill payments.
8. Perform other financial related tasks as required by management.
9. Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 360 is an advantage.
10. Handling urgent matters.

Key requirements

1. Finance related degree or fully/ partly qualified in ICASL / CIMA/ACCA or full qualified in AAT.
2. Minimum 5 year working experience in manufacturing industry.
3. Computer literate in ERP / MS Office / MS Dynamics 365 business center / Oracle.
4. Strong communication (English/Sinhala) and interpersonal skills.
