Finance Executive

Required skills

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Part qualified in CA and ACCA.
• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, or financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial compliance requirements.
• Experience in preparing financial statements, budgets, and management reports.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or Oracle ERP.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Ability to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
• Experience handling tax filings, audits, and regulatory submissions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience supervising junior accounting staff is an advantage.
• Knowledge of internal controls, risk management, and compliance procedures.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional ethics at all times.
• Hands-on experience in handling US-based accounting is a key advantage.
