Finance Executive

About the company

WECLEAN is a leading detergent manufacturing company located in Panadura, committed to innovation, quality, and sustainability. To strengthen our leadership team, we are looking for an experienced and strategic professional.

Key responsibilities

1. Manage cost controls, product pricing, and profitability analysis related to detergent.
2. Oversee working capital management, cash flow, and investment planning.
3. Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
4. Work closely with operations, sales, and supply chain teams to optimize production and distribution costs.
5. Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, banks, and regulatory bodies.
6. Payroll, EPF and ETF processing.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline.
2. Professional qualification (CA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) is an added advantage.
3. At least 1+ years of experience in finance.
4. Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
5. Preferably around Panadura area.
