Requirements

  1. Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
  2. Strong customer service and guest-relations skills.
  3. Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
  4. Good knowledge of restaurant operations, food service standards, and hygiene practices.
  5. Experience in cash handling, POS systems, and daily sales reporting.
  6. Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
  7. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  8. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Key responsibilities

  1. Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
  2. Lead, train, and support front-of-house staff.
  3. Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
  4. Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance.
  5. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  6. Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service.
  7. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and food hygiene standards.
  8. Assist in stock control, cash handling, and daily reporting.
